Food Truck Design and Brand Design

This project started out as just a food truck design on Illustrator. Here I was given a blank food truck as parameters to design the exterior. I decided stir fry, and created a brand using my own name because that is common practice in the food industry. Furthermore I created a color scheme and chose appropriate fonts for the theme of the truck. Upon settling on the Brand, I design the exterior of the truck.

Menu and Integrated Marketing

A Year later, in my Type and Publication class, I were tasked with designing a folding pamphlet. I took the opportunity to design a menu for the food truck I had designed previously. At the same time I was taking Integrated Marketing as a part of my marketing minor, and was learning the key concepts of making sure your brand stays consistent in all media forms. As such I took the Colors and fonts that I used for the food truck, and used them to design a folding menu, which seemed fitting as something the food truck could give out and even mail as marketing material.

WordPress and WooCommerce

In Advanced Web Design, a 2nd opportunity arose to expand the Fetzner Stir Fry Project. The last project involved incorporating a web store into a WordPress Website. During this project I designed a simple website that remained consistent with the idea of Integrated Marketing and keeping the brand consistent. Then, using WooCommerce, I designed a shop page with some simple branded souvenirs. Unfortunately, some of the more advanced store fronts are behind a paywall on WooCommerce, so instead I created a contact form that serves the purpose of ordering your meal ahead of time.
